My main focuses are anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also work with challenges like parenting/family concerns, adolescent issues, stress management, self-esteem, poor motivation, adjustment/life transitions, eating disorders, wellness, domestic violence, sexual assault, and self-harm. Additionally, I work with many issues the LGBTQIA community faces.
