Have you been feeling anxious, depressed, or stuck? Are you experiencing some life changes and find yourself struggling to cope? People come to therapy for many different reasons, and I would love to work with you and help you move forward. We can work on adding tools to your toolbox so that you can overcome whatever challenges or changes come your way. I can guarantee a non-judgmental, safe space for us to speak openly about your concerns. We will use a variety of techniques, including CBT, EMDR, grounding, mindfulness, DBT skills, and others, to help you achieve your goals.

My main focuses are anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also work with challenges like parenting/family concerns, adolescent issues, stress management, self-esteem, poor motivation, adjustment/life transitions, eating disorders, wellness, domestic violence, sexual assault, and self-harm. Additionally, I work with many issues the LGBTQIA community faces.

Please don't hesitate to reach out today. We can start this journey together as soon as you're ready. Take the first step to help.
