Courtney Padden is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. Courtney has almost a decade of experience working with children ages 8-19 and their families. Her areas of expertise include anxiety and depression, as well as helping families bridge communication gaps.
Courtney’s goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to fully express themselves. Courtney uses an eclectic blend of person-centered, solution focused, and collaborative therapies, working from the understanding that the client is the expert in their own lives. Courtney views her role in the therapy session as the witness, giving her clients the space to explore their lives and grow into their truest selves. Courtney will meet you where you are, and walk the path with you.
